This practice runs weekly clinical education meetings, which all doctors are expected to attend; expects all doctors to participate in NPS audits and case studies; and encourages any of the medical practitioners to consult with another doctor(s) when appropriate. We expect the applicant to self-identify some gaps in skills/knowledge; we will assist them in studying for their FRACGP and will keep in touch with the specialists who are receiving referrals.
